Important Times?

  1. CHECK-IN time is 3 p.m.

  2. CHECK-OUT time is 11 a.m.

  3. After 9 p.m., only checked-in guests permitted inside the hostel.

  4. QUIET HOURS begin at 10 p.m.  Please be respectful of the public areas between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Cancellation Policy?

  1. Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the guest's arrival date.  

  2. Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in and no-shows will be charged for the full price of the reservation.

  3. No-shows with a multiple-night booking will forfeit the entire reservation if we have not heard from the guest by 11 a.m. on the day following their scheduled arrival date.  In this case, the guest will be charged for the first and second night of the reservation per our 24-hour cancellation policy.

  4. Reservations totalling over $1000 require 72 hour cancellation notice.  In this case, the guest will be charged for the first, second and third nights of the reservation.  The 25% deposit is non-refundable.

Age Minimum?

  1. Guests must be 18 years old or older. Guests who are younger than 18 must be accompanied by parent or guardian.



  1. Please be respectful of other guests by socializing in the common areas.  No socializing in the bunk rooms.

  2. All bunk rooms are co-ed.

  3. Each bunk bed is reserved for one person only.  Bunks are not meant to be shared. 

  4. Top bunks may be reserved by adults only.

  5. Families with children that reserve a bunk room must reserve all beds in the room, and at least one adult must spend the night to look after the children.


  1. Fresh linens are provided weekly for long-term stay guests and for guests who may have a mishap. 

  2. We prefer that guests do not wash the linens.


  1. Please be courteous of the other guests and clean up after yourself ... in the kitchen and all common areas.

  2. Remember to clear out your food and leftovers from the refrigerator before you leave.


  1. Pets are not allowed.
